A contract between you and ML Property Venture Limited forms when you complete a purchase, sign up for a programme, or otherwise confirm your acceptance of these Terms, whether by ticking a box at checkout or by engaging our services.

3. Fees, Payment & Refunds

All fees are stated in GBP and payable as indicated at the point of purchase. Payment may be made via our approved payment processor or authorised instalment plan. All fees for mentoring, consultancy, digital resources, or community access are non-refundable once services have commenced, except where required by law. In case of failed instalment, access may be paused until payment is received.

4. Events & Programmes

For any workshops, courses, or live events organised by ML Property Venture Limited, attendance is confirmed only after full payment or registration. Cancellations received less than 7 days before the event may not be refunded. We reserve the right to amend event content, speakers, or dates where necessary.

5. Community Membership Conduct

You agree to act professionally and respectfully within The Intentional Property Network, Pathways into Property programmes, and any other community events forums.
Harassment, discriminatory language, or promotional behaviour is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any member without refund for breach of these standards.

6. Off-Market Introductions

From time to time, ML Property Venture Limited may introduce clients to off-market property opportunities through our network. These introductions are for networking and educational purposes only and do not constitute property sourcing, financial advice, or any regulated activity under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. All due diligence and decisions remain the client’s sole responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including materials, templates, checklists, videos, recordings, and written guides, remain the property of ML Property Venture Limited. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own business or educational use only. You may not copy, distribute, sell or reproduce any content without prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information shared during mentoring, consultancy, training, or community activities. ML Property Venture Limited may use anonymised data or testimonials for marketing purposes with your consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ML Property Venture Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided. Our total liability, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the relevant service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately where you breach these Terms, fail to make payment, or engage in behaviour detrimental to other clients or our reputation. Fees paid up to the date of termination are non-refundable.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, industrial disputes, internet or power failures, or government restrictions.

12. Data Protection

ML Property Venture Limited will handle all personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws and our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with your order confirmation and any package description, constitute the entire agreement between you and ML Property Venture Limited.
