Proven delivery, scalable impact.
Pathways into Property is currently funded in Tendring through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) and supported by Tendring District Council. It's a flexible, outcomes-driven programme that can be adapted and replicated across different boroughs, tailored to meet local needs.
Why it works:
Aligned with national and local priorities: employability, skills & enterprise
Upskills residents aged 18–65, with a focus on those long-term unemployed
Delivers measurable outcomes: participants supported into employment, self-employment, or further training
Strengthens local economies by connecting residents with property & related businesses
Flexible delivery model: community venues and online learning for maximum accessibility
Builds social connections and friendships – participants form supportive peer networks that often extend beyond the programme, reducing isolation and boosting confidence
Improves wellbeing and self-belief – the mix of group activities, mentoring and certificates helps people recognise their own progress, raising morale and resilience
Encourages community pride and engagement – by learning in local venues and supporting local landlords/agents, participants feel more connected to their area and its opportunities
