Melissa Lewis is the Founder & CEO of ML Property Venture, a Property Investor and Advisor focused on improving how investment decisions are made before capital is committed.
Having built her own portfolio and worked alongside Investors across a range of projects, Melissa saw a consistent issue: deals were often assessed on surface-level numbers, without a clear understanding of how they would perform in reality.
This led to the development of the CORE Framework™ – a structured approach to evaluating Property Investments across Cashflow, Operations, Risk and Exit.
Today, Melissa works with Investors, Landlords and Developers to provide clearer, more disciplined analysis before decisions are made.
Her focus is simple: to help investors avoid costly mistakes, assess opportunities properly, and make better decisions with greater confidence.
